Surrey Sports Park is delighted to welcome two new Non-Executive Directors to the Board in Greg Clements and Claire Emes.

Greg and Claire have recently been appointed to the positions and they will both be using their experience and knowledge to help shape the future of the Sports Park.

Greg arrives with a wealth of experience in the sports industry which has led him to his current role as Strategic Lead - Partnerships & Investments at Sport England.

He said: “Surrey Sports Park is a world class venue that offers world class facilities. As a Surrey resident that has grown up playing and watching sport here, I am incredibly proud to now be joining the Board.”

“I bring with me more than 20 years’ experience in the sports industry which I hope will mean that I play a valuable role in supporting the future success of this wonderful place.”

Meanwhile, Claire holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Ipsos and will use her extensive research and advisory experience to positively impact the Sports Park.

She commented: “I’m thrilled to have been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Surrey Sports Park. I am passionate about the role that sport, health and fitness can play in developing us as individuals and bringing us together as communities.

“I’m enjoying applying my 20 years of research and advisory experience to the SSP Board and supporting its aim to transform people’s lives through sport and physical activity.”
